Ceigall India has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy for a Rs 5,300 crore transmission project in Gujarat. Designed to enhance grid connectivity, the "Common Transmission System - Part-B" will facilitate power evacuation from major renewable energy hubs, including Lakadia (7.5 GW), Jam Khambhaliya (5.5 GW), and Jamnagar (1 GW). The 35-year operational phase is set to generate annual transmission charges of Rs 608.67 crore, directly supporting the state's expanding clean energy infrastructure.
